Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc. Announces Secondary Offering

ATLANTA, Aug. 17, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACBI) (“Atlantic Capital”), the parent company of Atlantic Capital Bank, N.A., announced today the launch of the underwritten secondary public offering of a total of 3,109,127 shares of its common stock, all of which will be offered by selling shareholders, Trident IV, L.P. and Trident IV Professionals Fund, L.P.  Atlantic Capital will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., a Stifel Company, is serving as the sole underwriter on the offering.
