ATLANTA, April 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of WestRock Company (NYSE:WRK) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share on its common stock payable on May 14, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 4, 2018.
