Estoril Swimming Pool to be open to public from April 1
MACAU, March 28 - The Estoril swimming pool managed by the Sports Bureau will be opened to the public starting April 1. The daily opening hours will be divided into three sessions: the first session 07:00-11:00, the second session 12:00-16:00 and the third session 17:00-22:30. Regular pool cleaning works will be carried out during the first session every Wednesday so the pool will be closed temporarily (if that Wednesday is a public holiday, the pool will remain open and the cleaning will be postponed to the following day).
To provide convenience for using the swimming pools managed by the Sports Bureau, various ways and channels are available for users to buy swimming tickets. Users can buy swimming tickets two days in advance or buy on-the-spot ticket on the day of use through three online platforms including Macau One Account, Sports Bureau website and mobile APP, while on-the-spot tickets are also available at each swimming pool ticketing counter.
In addition, in order to assist users to make better arrangement for swimming activities, information of remaining number of on-the-spot tickets of each session is shared on Sports Bureau website and mobile APP, and is also displayed at each swimming pool.
